A Little Bit Of HOPE Is All We Need

So it's been such a long time since I have written anything on here! So here it goes;

Since the last time I have blogged a lot has happened in my life, might not be a lot too you but it is for me lol.... I'm still with the same guy its been 7 and a half months, a lot of people didn't think I would last that long, but I believe in God more then I believe in what some people tell me. So that's all good there. We will just have too see what God has in store, he holds the future not me.I have bought myself a new car that I absolutely love! it's a Grand Am SE, she is a beaut lol! silver, with a sunroof and man can she pick up speed, and is good on gas!

So lately I have been feeling sort of lonely, and so angry with myself and some choices I have made, but am forgiven for.  Just having such a tense feeling in my spirit, such a deep ugly feeling that made me not appreciate, but much hate everything I have here. I don't know why I felt this way. Right now in my life everything is going so well for me, and I couldn't ask for any better people that are in my life. God is so good and he has so much for me, and I know this. I have plans for my future that I believe God is supporting me on 100%, and I'm keeping it on the DL until I go for sure. So please pray for these plans that I have, even if you don't know what they are.

Plus just 15 days ago I found out that I am going to join a church going on a missions trip to Mexico, I'm so excited for this experience. I have never been to Mexico before, but it is definitely a place I want to go has been for many years now. Best part is that I am going down to help people who are in need! Can't wait this will hopefully be what I have been needing to do, get my levels back up. I crave missions trips and I've been craving for awhile now. The funniest part too me going on this trip is the fact that it was a total God moment. Since a lady at work told me she was going to Mexico with her church for missions I have been wanting to go but didn't know how I could afford it with car payments, insurance, and phonebills..... but God came through in all of this. She told me that she just had this feeling I should be going, and I told her that yes I have been having this feeling for a while myself. So I knew God wanted me to go. I found out the next day that they were going to sell me the ticket for 200 dollars! I was so shocked and blessed! God basically was handing me this ticket! So thanks to my parents, and this wonderful group I'm going with! I could afford to go! I'm so excited! I believe everything will be okay! God has us in his hands and I know he won't let anything go wrong too his people who are going down to help others! I have more faith in God then I do in the news and what everyone around me is telling me! I'm not scared to go there, because I know everything will happen like it's suppose to, and there is a reason for us going there. Maybe there is a healing involved or someone needs to hear The Word of God!
As you can tell I'm more pumped to go then scared! So please pray that everything will go as it should! I know it will but more prayer is always good to have!

Update of Events in My Life!

So it has been what feels like a century since I have written on here!

So he goes nothing! Well since I have last time I have posted anything I have met my boyfriends hilarious crazy family (which I fit into), turned 20 and almost Christmas where I get to spend that with him boyfriend as well.

So I met his parents the weekend of my birthday. I know what your thinking wow crazy! your meeting the parents plus your turning 20! EEEK! as if turning 20 isn't a big enough event as it is! No longer am I a teenager, but an adult now!.... does this mean I have to grow up?

So I met the mother and sister first of all and we hit it off right from the beginning they welcomed me as if I was already a member of their family! phew there's that brink off my shoulder... finally to get the father's approval! and turns out he loves me too! if you as I think it's because we are both coffee and steak lovers lol! I met so much of his family and friends that weekend! I was so overwhelmed, but I had a good time! Then the Saturday when we had plans to go back to my house! they decided they were gonna get a cake for me! and everyone sang happy birthday to me! I was so embarrassed, wasn't expecting that at all! honestly! but in the end they invited me back again! So since then I have been there like 4 times in counting! their my new family and I love them all!

So now I'm 20 and it is weird to say that I feel so old now, even if I'm not really that old. But still it's a big change to be an adult now. So I'm planning now to go to College and get a degree in hairdressing within the near future! just need to get my butt in gear!

!n like 3 days now it will be Christmas and I get to spend it with my family and my boyfriend! my first Christmas with a guy, especially a guy I really care for! I'm so excited to give him his presents, and I can't wait to see what he got me... hehehehhehe! So this will be special for me for sure! He is so awesome and good to me! He Spiritually and physically helps me get through anything, and always has such good advice! I'm so thankful God sent him into my life, I couldn't be more happier with any other guy!

Well better wrap this up! life is so good and I'm so excited to see what the future holds for me! I just thank God for loving me and showing that things will always get better if I just keep focusing on him!

Ice Lattes, Toast and Early Mornings!

So this morning I got up extra early so I could talk to me sweetie(usually do get up at this time for him). The reason we do this is so we can try and encourage each other to have a great day! seeming tomorrow I will be seeing him, I know for a fact I will have an amazing weekend with him!
Its off to work for me in just over a hour, I hope the day doesn't drag on like it did yesterday. There's so much excitement for the weekend and I just want to be there right now lol. Well I didn't really have anything to write about but I do want to put a quote up, so perhaps I can encourage you as well.

On the Decision You Make Today

Remember, life is an ongoing process of creation.
You are creating your reality every minute.
The decision you make today is often not the choice
you make tomorrow. Yet here is a secret of all Masters:
keep choosing the same thing.

That gives you something to ponder on for the day, as I will be doing as well!

Quotes

These are some really inspiring quotes from the book "Meditations from Conversations with God". I  was walking around in Coles bookstore and I came across this book, and I'm the type of person who likes good quotes, and this book just popped right out at me. Hope you enjoy!

On Creating Reality

You do not live each day to discover what it holds
for you, but to create it. You are creating your reality
every minute, probably without knowing it.

On Coming to Terms with Yourself

There comes a time in evolution of every soul
when the chief concern is no longer the survival
of the physical body,but the growth of the spirit;
no longer the attainment of worldly success, but
the realization of Self.

On Expressing Your Feelings

It is not nearly so important how well a message is
received as how well it is sent.

You cannot take responsibility for how well another
accepts your truth; you can only ensure how well it is
communicated. And by how well, I don't mean merely
how clearly; I mean how lovingly, how compassionately,
how sensitively, how courageously, and how completely.

On Understanding What Makes Relationships Work

Most people enter relationships with an eye toward what
they can get out of them, rather than what they can put
into them. The purpose of relationship is to decide what
part of yourself you'd like to see "show up," not what
part of another you can capture and hold.

On Your Duty to Others

Let this be your task, let this be your greatest joy; to give
people back to themselves. Even in their darkest hour.
Especially in that hour.

When you read these your going to get different meanings then me. I hope that you can apply these to your life in any way, as I am trying to do as I speak.

Love, Hope and Dreams

Today I started my day not knowing exactly what to expect at church, boy was I in for a great morning. I just totally rested in the presence of the Holy Spirit. I kept hearing in my Spirit "All Things are Possible", this is a saying I say quite often. Today was the day that I really dove deeper into what I believed was possible. Now I truly know and believe that through God all things are possible. I believe that God has a plan and even as impossible as I believe it is at this moment, I know I won't be disappointed and he will direct me in the way I truly need to go.
As I was just soaking in the glory of God, I realized his love is so huge and he has so much to offer anyone, and I want to be seen as the one people can come to if they have any need or trouble. Especially working where I work. There is so many of these people that need to know the love of God, that haven't experienced it yet. I just pray and ask God to let me be that light in my workplace. Clean up my soul and renew it, purify it and let me be the one that shines your love to all those who come in contact with me. I believe that through the power of God that anyone can be saved and learn to love just as he does. I know I am not perfect, but I know my God is and he will help me in any situation I need him in. I just want to live a life of love, purity and happiness.
God showed me that I will be fine because he has my back in everything. Nothing that I actually own is mine, its his. I just need to give it to him and give him that permission to come into my life and change me for the better.
I'm so inspired by  this one person that's in my life. I won't mention any names but she has come so far in Christ, she loves him with every inch of her soul. She told me her testimony a few years ago. I could barely believe what she went through, but through it all now she has forgotten her past and has mended old relationships, and couldn't be any happier now knowing that her God has her back. She is so amazing and awesome! She inspires me to just keep pressing into God every time I see her worshipping God. I thank God for her and he love for everything and everyone. That is the type of people we need in this world for this world to change. So we all can say; "HEY! I'm a world changer, I'm charging everyones souls for God!"
So in conclusion, doesn't matter your situation God is with you in every way. Give him the praise and glory and he will always provide for you.

Underneath It All

Just one reason to doubt, that he is near.
Why should I believe he is not here?
His love is amazing, many of us are blind,
to realize his amazing grace.
He shows his unfailing love to us every
single day. Why is it that many of us
ignore this for some stupid reason?
We beleive that he does not know and
if we slip once wow! its no problem,
God loves me, it's taken me forever to
find out who I really am. wow!
Why am I so blind in my own faith?
I love God more than anything
And I am Not Ashamed!
Why do we screw up sometimes?
Well the only reason I could think of,
is because we are human.

The Girl Within

She beautiful; she is picture perfect with those blue eyes and bright blonde hair. But she wonders does anyone see her in this world the way her father does? She knows he has huge plans for her future, but she has her doubts. She never felt the love of any other man, other then her father. She wants to feel the love the way she does from him. I t has to be intense, but not as intense as her fathers, before she even considers giving any part of herself away to him.
She has the picture in her head how she wants her family to be. She is fee;ing more mature now that she knows this is the next step into her future. Turning from all her childish ways. She just has the strong feeling from within that she knows her prince is coming to rescue her soon. She is waiting anxiously for this guy, who she knows will be hers forever.
Still God hasn't given her any sign of the man that is to come into her life. She prays and prays to seek out her love to be. When all of a sudden she hears "be patient my child, be patient", that still small voice calls out to her from high above. She knows this is her father, trying to calm her down before she makes a mistake that one day she will regret. But now she settles herself into her father's presence, by singing and reading her bible. As she reads on she comes across the scripture on love 1 Corinthians 13;

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy,
it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude,
it is not self- seeking, it is not easily angered,
it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight
in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects,
always trusts, always hopes, always perserves."

What really stands out to her in this verse is that love is patient, "Patience is key", and love is not self- seeking. As she has been searching so desperately she forgot exactly who was in control of her desires, hopes and even dreams. She falls to her knees and surrenders all of her love to God with a simple prayer saying; "Unto you I surrender my love and everything you have for me. I want to live in the fullness of your glory. God I pray that you be the director of my paths."  Even if this means not knowing exactly what lies ahead in her future. She has no other choice but to trust the one who loves her most.
This girl is more in love with Jesus today then she ever has been, she is not just satisfied with what she has. She knows God has more; she wants to just soak in his presence and in his love. Even when she cannot feel him near she knows, he is still with her in anyway possible known to man.
She's beautiful; she is picture perfect with those blue eyes and bright blonde hair, and she will wait  for that special someone until the day she is laid to rest. Until then she will keep pressing on into God's presence and wont loose sight of him as easy as her immature heart adn mind use too. She has new goals and plans that God has shown her. She will wait, yes she will wait.
